Accounting Coordinator

You will be joining a small but mighty team of accountants who handle the financial operations for service based businesses.  We are looking for our new team mate to support the accounting functions for multiple clients. You will be task orientated,  manage mulitple projects, and able to problem solve.

What makes this role different to other accounting positions is not only will you gain experience with accounting principles and practices, but you will get exposure to business operations and straegy.  Learn not just how to manage the accounting data, but to manage a business from a financial perspective.  


  • Updating and organizaing financial records (bookkeeping)

  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receiveable including client billing​

  • Researching client queries to resolution

  • Monthly reconciliations and data research

  • Meet reporting deadlines and support month-end close processes

  • Weekly deposits to bank

  • Reporting into Financial Controller


  • Minimum 1 years bookkeeping or accounting experience

  • Respecting the confidentiality of data being handled

  • Exemplary attention to detail

  • Strong critial thinking and problem solving

  • Eager to learn and grow professionally

  • Experience with Quickbooks Online desired

  • Experience in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Good time management and organizational skills


  • Full time (40 hours a week)

  • Mandatory 3 days in office (Tues-Thursday).  Other 2 days can be in-office or remote (Mon & Fri).  There are no fully remote options.

  • Must be based in Arizona, USA

  • Office location: Shea Blvd & 51

  • No firm or independent contractors​
