ACCOUNTANT

You will be joining a small but mighty team of accountants who handle the financial operations for service based business in the creative and design industries.  You will have several assigned clients' accounts and will need to manage them in excellence and on time!

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Accounts Payable - vendor management and processing payments

• Invoicing clients and accounts receivable

• Reconciling bank and credit card accounts

• Quickbooks categorization

• Payroll processing and new hire onboard

• Managing employee expenses

• Preparing weekly reports

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience required

• Experience Quickbooks preferred

• Love for numbers!

• Respecting the confidentiality of data being handled

• Solution orientated & process driven

• Eager to learn and grow professionally

• Detail oriented

• Experience in Excel or Google Sheets

• Good time management and organizational skills

• System savvy

REQUIREMENTS

• Remote position with 1-day a week in-office

• Must be based in Arizona

• Full Time 

• No firm or independent contractors​
