ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and flexible accounting professional to join our team as a Client Accounting Specialist. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations across a variety of service-based clients, supporting tasks like vendor payments, payroll, billing, and reconciliations.

This role reports to the Controller and focuses on execution, with a strong emphasis on critical thinking and problem solving. You’ll work across multiple clients, systems, and timelines, so being organized and adaptable is key. Since each client uses different tools, you’ll need to be comfortable learning and working with a variety of platforms.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes understanding how businesses work, and wants to build a strong foundation in accounting. You won’t be stuck doing just one part of the process. Instead, you’ll get hands-on experience with the full accounting workflow, giving you a clear picture of how financial operations support day-to-day business decisions.

  • Stay organized while juggling multiple clients, timelines, and processes

  • Remain flexible and adaptable to client-specific workflows and tools

Internal Collaboration
