OPERATIONS / PROJECT MANAGER

You will be joining a small but mighty team of accountants who handle the financial operations for service based business in the creative and design industries. We are looking for a fellow process and results driven rockstar to oversee operations and manage internal projects to support the growth of the business and it's new ventures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead project planning sessions

  • Manage campaigns with copywriter and designer

  • Oversee client onboard processes

  • Execute launch strategy for new services

  • Work with strategist to meet objectives and provide data on business initiatives

  • Content research and management

  • Assist with client communication and relationship management

  • Email Marketing management - ConvertKit

  • Community building and management

  • Handle new business outreach

  • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures

  • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives

  • Ensure operational activies remain on time and within a defined budget

  • Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects

  • Support CEO with ad hoc projects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of project management or business administration experience

  • Strong research skills

  • Solution orientated & process driven

  • Eager to learn and grow professionally

  • Detail oriented

  • Good time management and organizational skills

REQUIREMENTS

  • Based in AZ preferred, open to remote

  • Full time position

  • Independent Contractor or W2
